Femminineo Attorneys P.L.L.C. is a law firm located in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. The firm consists of brothers Jacob Michael Femminineo Jr. & David C. Femminineo. They formed Femminineo Attorneys, P.L.L.C. in 1999. Prior to that Jacob worked as a sole practitioner since 1995. This included one and one half years with their father Jacob M. Femminineo Sr. who passed away suddenly in 1996. Jacob Sr. was a practicing attorney in Macomb County for over 27 years. David has been a practicing attorney since 1997. Prior to forming Femminineo Attorneys he was a staff attorney for AAA of Michigan.
Jacob Michael Femminineo Jr.’s area of practice consists mostly of Family Law, Probate, Criminal, Real Estate and Wills and Trusts.
David C. Femminineo’s area of practice consists mostly of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Criminal.
The firm also has a staff of legal assistants handling specific areas of the Law. These assistants are very helpful in assisting their clients in various matters. The firm is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and evening and weekend appointments are available. Also both attorneys are accessible 24 hours a day via their emergency numbers.
Their place of practice consists mostly in Macomb County however they do practice in Wayne, Oakland, St. Clair Genesee & Lapeer Counties.
Jacob Michael Femminineo Jr. is currently a Director of the Macomb County Bar association. He is slated to become a Treasurer in 2003-2004. He has won the Outstanding Service Award for the MCBA on two separate occasions. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, the Italian American Bar Association, The Italian American Chamber of Commerce and The Knights of Colombus.
David C. Femminineo is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Italian American Bar Association. He is a former Defense Attorney for AAA Insurance in Detroit. His practice now centers upon representing persons who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others.
Both of them are very heavily involved with the politics of Macomb County. They actively support candidates running for judicial and political positions in Macomb County and throughout the state.
Jacob Michael Femminineo, Jr. primarily handles all of the Family Law cases for the firm. He has and continues to handle a variety of family law matters including divorces, paternity, custody, support enforcement, grandparent custody and parenting time, post judgment actions and motions of all kinds. He has handled numerous divorce, paternity and custody matters and has done many trials, evidentiary hearings, mediations, FOC hearings and other matters. His experience in Family Law is extensive and he has a good reputation with the bench, other attorneys and everyone involved in family law. His reputation of professionalism is very helpful in the representations of all of the firm’s family law clients.
